ESL student Zola Arnero stands next to her teacher, Ernestina Archuleta, and ABE Director Todd DeKay as they present her with a new Dell computer netbook. From April 15th until June 10, 2011, the ENMU-Roswell ABE program had a contest to encourage students to come in and take a post-test to show us what they've learned. Over 150 people took advantage of the opportunity to not only show what they knew but also put their name in jar for a drawing. In addition to the netbook grand prize, 15 Extra Value Meal Tickets were given out to lucky winners courtesy of Mcdonald's manager, John Snowberger, who provided the tickets at a very reduced cost. Thanks to everyone who helped out on this project.

This is great. I wish I had a chance to get one. I know that it is only given for a hard work. But I recall getting $100 bill for winning an essay contest back in 7th grade. It was so nice to hear that I was the best and my research material was good enough for a doctorate. I guess I won’t need to turn to academic dissertation service online when I am in the university. Anyways, it is always nice to be awarded for hard work
